FREE Is Not How To Grow Your Business

Constantly searching for free marketing strategies is not how your micro business is going to grow. Some of ya'll know what I mean. You're out here attemping to grow your business utilizing YouTube, free webinars, free coaching calls, free 30-day trials, free workshops, etc. Tell me this? How do you think you're going to gain new customers and revenue if you don't put any moeny into your business?


When I'm contacted by a soloprenuer mirco business owner who wants to hire EastLake Marketing Group. I give each one a 30-minute discovery call. I have a specified list of questions that I ask during the call. I ask about their business, current customers, future customers, marketing strategies, marketing budget, etc. All this information is needed to determine if we are a good fit to work together.


Everything goes smoothly during the questioning part of the call. I never do any selling on discovery calls. I always allow the business owner to make that decision to begin the sales conversation. I do this becuase I want to find out if the business is a good fit. Once I'm asked the question of what are the prices of our marketing packages. I move into the sales process.


I can tell faily quickly who is willing to invest in their business and who is not. The business owner who is willing to invest in growing their business. Simply ask me to send them an invoice. They already know how, (because they've done their reseach before they scheduled the discovery call) EastLake Marketing Group will help market their business.


The ones who only focus on building their businesses with free marketing strategies. Are constantly saying the pricing is to high, they can only afford to pay a certain amount, can they get a discount, can they setup another payment plan, etc. They want to nickle and dime. Wanting Eastlake Marketing Group to help them through the startup stage practically for free.


The latter are businesses EastLake Marketing Group will not work with. Let me say this. We have been is business since 2010. We work exculsively with soloprenuer micro business owners who are just getting started or have an established presence within their field of expertise.


Our pricing is set up specifically for the above mentioned businesses. Yes, we could charge higher prices. But we've choosen to work with underserved solopreneuers that typically have small budgets, but are in need of expert marketing.


EastLake Marketing Group is not just about just earning money. We are dedicated to helping soloprenuer micro business owners grow their businesses during the critical startup stage. We work with micro businesses until they are ready to move into the next stage of running a business. Which is typically, one to five years. After the startup stage is completed, we refer the business to a marketing agency that can help them during the growth stage.


So, before you contact any marketing agency or professional. Be ready to invest in paying the pricing that you are quoted. Don't waste anyone's time. Do your research. So you'll have some idea of their pricing. Doing this will insure that you don't embarrass yourself on the discovery call.

  • Maturity Stage:

    The business reaches stability and focuses on maintaining its position and profitability.
